Agency, freelancer or one-person studio?

Which one to pick
- Agency:You need many people at once: brand, ads, a large site in several languages, someone on call every day.
- Freelancer:You have a tight budget, a clear spec, and time to manage the work yourself.
- Wolfitway:You want a fixed price, a fast site that converts and passes accessibility checks, built by one senior person.
Questions
Is a one-person studio a risk?
For a landing page or website, less than it sounds: scope is fixed and you get the code at launch, so anyone can take it over. For long-running products, plan for handover from the start, which I do.
Why are agency prices hidden?
Usually because scope varies a lot. I keep scope fixed per package so the price can be public.
