Who we are

This website and its services are provided by WOLFITWAYAGENCY S.R.L., Remetea Mare nr. 41, Timiș County, Romania, VAT RO47341942, trade register J35/5748/2022 ("we"). By using the site you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You need an account to buy and follow a course. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; course access is for you personally and may not be shared or resold. We may close accounts that abuse the site. You can delete your account any time by writing to dan@wolfitway.com.

Free tools

The free Hero Analyzer and other free tools are provided as they are, without a guarantee of availability or of any business result. Only submit websites you own or are allowed to analyze. Do not abuse the tools, for example with automated mass requests or attempts to reach systems that are not public.

Landing pages

  • The price is shown in euro before you pay and includes VAT where it applies. You pay a deposit by Stripe to start; the rest is due on delivery. You get an invoice by email.
  • Work starts when you send your copy and logo; the page is ready within the stated number of working days after that. Two rounds of changes are included, all by email.
  • Right of withdrawal: consumers in the EU normally have 14 days to cancel. When you ask us to start straight away, your right to cancel ends once the page is delivered, and if you cancel before then you pay for the work already done (Art. 14(3) and 16(a) of Directive 2011/83/EU, OUG 34/2014).
  • Once paid in full, the page is yours to keep and use.

Courses

  • Prices are shown in euro before you pay and include VAT where it applies. Payment is processed by Stripe.
  • Right of withdrawal: a course is digital content. When you enrol you ask for access straight away and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once access starts (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, OUG 34/2014).
  • Course material is for your own use. Don't share your access or republish the lessons.

Wolf Sniff (browser extension)

  • The free version needs no account. Wolf Sniff Lifetime is a one-time payment in euro (VAT included where it applies), processed by Stripe, with an invoice by email. There is no subscription.
  • "Lifetime" means for as long as we offer the extension, including every update we ship. One key works in up to 3 browsers; don't share or resell it.
  • Right of withdrawal: the licence key is digital content delivered straight away. When you buy you ask for it at once and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the key is delivered (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, OUG 34/2014). If it doesn't work for you anyway, email us within 14 days and we will refund you; the key then stops working.
  • Results are read from what a page shows publicly and can be incomplete or wrong (for example, plugins that load no files on a page can't be seen). Check before you rely on them.

Wolf Shader Kit (Agency Licence)

  • The Wolf Shader Kit is a one-time purchase in euro (VAT included where applicable), processed securely by Stripe with an invoice sent by email. There is no subscription.
  • The Agency Licence permits you to use the unminified source code and WebGL2 runtime in an unlimited number of personal and commercial client websites with zero royalties.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, or publish the raw unminified source code or distribution package as a standalone stock item or template kit.
  • Right of withdrawal: the Shader Kit is digital content delivered straight away via instant download link. When you purchase, you request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once digital delivery begins (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, OUG 34/2014).

Client projects

Custom software, websites and consulting work are governed by a separate written agreement or quote. If it conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

Intellectual property

Site content, code and branding belong to us unless stated otherwise. Your audit reports are yours to use for your own business. Ownership of client project deliverables is set out in the project agreement.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect damage or lost profits arising from the free tools or the audit recommendations. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Law and disputes

Romanian law applies. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence. Disputes go to the competent courts in Romania; consumers can also use the ANPC alternative dispute resolution service (anpc.ro/ce-este-sal).

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; the version in force when you paid applies to that purchase.
