Websites for German companies, built for the BFSG

Since 28 June 2025 the Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz (BFSG) requires many consumer-facing websites and shops in Germany to be accessible. I build sites that meet WCAG 2.1 AA from day one, at a fixed EU price.

What you get

EU company, EU invoice

Romanian S.R.L. with an EU VAT number: B2B invoices use the reverse charge, no customs, no currency risk.

Accessibility is the default

Keyboard use, contrast, screen-reader labels and focus order are checked before handover, not sold as an extra.

One hour ahead of Berlin

Romania is on EET, one hour ahead of CET. Your whole working day overlaps.

Accessibility rules in Germany

The BFSG (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz) implements the European Accessibility Act in Germany and applies from 28 June 2025.

Questions

What does it cost?

Landing page €1,200 (3 working days), website €4,500 (2 weeks), MVP €18,000 (4 weeks). Fixed prices in euro, without VAT.

Do I need a call to start?

No. The €1,200 landing page is ordered online with a 50% deposit. Calls are only for MVP and Flagship projects.

Who owns the code?

You do. Code, design and content are handed over at launch, with no monthly fee to keep the site running.

Do you write copy in German?

I build and write in English. For German copy, send me your text or a translator's, and I set it up properly (lang attributes, hyphenation, longer words in buttons).

Start with one page: €1,200, ready in 3 days

Or check your current site first with a free audit. No call needed for either.
